Job requirements

Objectives of this role

  • Generate leads and build relationships by reaching out to new sales opportunities

  • Outbound prospecting based on a Target Account list in collaboration with the sales team. Sourcing the correct information (BANT), ensuring the prospect is engaged and schedule the meetings in a timely manner

  • Follow up on inbound Marketing leads

  • Work together with the Marketing team to improve messaging

  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested contacts

  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook

  • Don’t be bound to the Dutch market, but work with prospects and Sales reps across our different regions

  • Plus: learn from the best and follow a natural growth path towards closing your own deals

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Hubspot, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), cold calls, and email to generate new business opportunities

  • Build a scalable outreach approach, based on a high number of outreach activities

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives

  • Energise and share your spirit with the team(s). We all know it’s a tough job, so let’s make it work together!

  • Report to Head of Sales with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Required skills and qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets

  • Resilient, eager to get things done, a goal-getter

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

  • Strong communication skills via phone and email

  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

  • Preferable working experience with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Preferable speaking multiple languages (Dutch, German, French) next to English
