General Profile

Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned customer accounts, ensuring onboarding, product adoption, satisfaction, retention, and identifying growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage 15-20 customer accounts based on language, geography, and complexity

  • Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting, and collaborate with Technical Solution Consultants on implementation and technical issues

  • Conduct regular health checks, business reviews, and success planning sessions with customer accounts 

  • Drive product adoption and feature utilisation across your customer base 

  • Identify and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for the Revenue team to pick up

  • Maintain customer health scores and proactively address at-risk accounts

  • Create and deliver customer training

Job requirements

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of Customer Success, or Customer Support experience

  • Fluent in English and an additional language like German, French or Dutch is a plus

  • SaaS/technology product experience

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience with customer success platforms and CRM systems
