We build the technology that powers the experience economy. From theme parks and zoos to major entertainment venues, we provide the platform that connects online ticket shops, self-service kiosks, and POS terminals into one unified system. We help venue operators simplify their daily operations, better understand their data, and directly increase their revenue.

General profile:

We are growing across the DACH region, and we’re looking for a passionate Account Executive to help us accelerate that growth.

We’re searching for an energetic, entrepreneurial Account Executive who loves creating opportunities, building connections, and closing meaningful deals.

You’ll be the face of Convious in the DACH market; identifying new partners, shaping commercial relationships, and helping iconic leisure destinations transform how they do business.

You will work on:

  • Owning the full sales cycle – from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing new partner

  • Developing new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and following up on inbound leads.

  • Understanding prospects’ needs and provide consultative solutions using Convious’ all-in-one platform.

  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, CS and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless partner journey from first contact to go-live.

  • Being creative – leverage campaigns, referrals, and partnership initiatives to build your pipeline and boost engagement.

  • Representing Convious at trade shows and industry events in the DACH region.

Job requirements

We are looking for you if you:

  • Are a relationship builder and trusted advisor. Consultative, transparent, and driven by impact, not just transactions.

  • Have 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within Fintech, Payments, or Marketing Technology.

  • Are fluent in German and English, and confident in communicating complex ideas in both languages.

  • Thrive on outbound sales; proactive, creative, and resilient when it comes to opening doors and keeping momentum.

  • Are data-minded and structured; comfortable managing pipelines, forecasting accurately, and being accountable to clear performance metrics.

  • Are entrepreneurial. Resourceful, curious, and motivated by scaling something great

  • Are motivated by targets and teamwork in equal measure. Ambitious but collaborative.
