We are growing fast and looking for experienced UX/UI Designer to join our company. You would be a part of a growing Product Development team, working closely with product managers, product owners, developers and other members of the team. We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX Designer with an extraordinary UX vision to help us implement the user-centered approach in our product development flow.

The ideal candidate should be observant, meticulous and efficient in a very fast environment. The candidate will be responsible for delivering the best UX on our platforms and will be to translate conceptual ideas, interaction flows and artifacts into intuitive and functional user experiences.

Job requirements

Role and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to plan and execute product improvements

  • Implement a clear design flow to ensure high-quality solutions for complex design roadblocks

  • Create solid user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

  • Create clear documentation to instruct our developers

  • Advocate for users, deeply understanding their goals and pains

  • Be the ambassador of the UCD approach

  • Put your hands on whatever is needed to deliver state-of-the-art user interfaces


We expect that you:

  • Have 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer

  • Have working knowledge in one or more design tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Speak fluent English

  • Have great communication skills and are able to present your decisions, sell your solutions to stakeholders

  • Are creative and curious, always up-to-date with trends, techniques, and tools

  • Know a bit of HTML and CSS (it is a plus)

  • Have experience working within agile teams (it is a plus)

  • Are able to work independently

  • Note: Portfolio must be included along with your application
