We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst / FP&A Manager that both understands the full operational and business scope of a SAAS Scale-up combined with being a proactive and independent finance professional with an affinity for process improvement and reinvention. Someone who is not afraid of rolling up their sleeves and takes full responsibility to drive projects/tasks to completion in a timely manner. General description

The Senior FP&A Analyst / FP&A Manager takes full ownership for the financial planning process, is part of the Finance team and reports to the CFO. There is a clear emphasis on bridging strategies into solid financial plans. On the basis of business analysis and through building business cases, you proactively take the lead in advising stakeholders on their departments’ financial performance, expenses, FTE growth, and other business KPIs.

Responsibilities of the Senior FP&A Analyst / FP&A Manager include:

  • Drive both the short and long-term business planning process to create solid financial plans;

  • Build financial models to support forecasting and scenario analysis;

  • Work with team members to provide regular reporting in an insightful and actionable way to the departmental leadership teams in order to promote ownership and accountability;

  • Oversee and coach others in delivering meaningful and actionable variance analysis comparing financial results with all relevant comparison points;

  • Support business analysis and financials deep dives when required;

  • Drive continuous improvements to the financial models, reports, processes within your area;

  • Provide data for any compliance / audit perspectives.

What it takes to be successful in this role:

  • Excellent in communication, engagement, decision-making, problem-solving and conflict management

  • Open, clear, empathic and professional in dealing with people

  • Minimal level of Education Bachelor Degree

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience depending on seniority

  • Experience working in an e-commerce environment

  • Experience is Due Diligence/M&A or Management consulting is a pre

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

  • Knowledge of accounting concepts

  • Able to effectively build a relevant network in the organization and strong relationships with direct stakeholders across all levels of the organization

  • Organized, proactive, independent and results oriented

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and in a flexible environment

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English

  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Google Sheets desirable)
