Job Introduction

We are growing fast (very fast) and looking for a new colleague to join our marketing team and fasten our growth. As Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for our online growth. You will also be in charge of our CRM software (Hubspot), the automations that run through it and our website

To be successful in this role, you should be outgoing, committed and assertive. And fun! (Being fun is important). It will require project management skills and a logical mindset.

Our platform allows our partners (we don't really like the word client) to engage, convert and sell to more visitors by enhancing the customer journey and experience online, and even offline! From advertising, ticketing, pricing, crowd control, mobile app… We are present throughout the whole visitor journey.

  • Researching and understanding Convious' long-term goals:

  • Own our website and its traffic
    • Managing creation of new pages (UI, strategy, design…) in collaboration with our partner agency

    • Up until 'technical' implementation

  • Create lead management processes that can scale alongside the business, notably in developing advanced lead and account-based scoring methodologies

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and customer success teams to expand your content and strategy to solve their needs and help their KPIs.

  • Be the guardian of our CRM
    • Manage and optimise our CRM ecosystem with tools such as HubSpot, along with the selection of new technologies

  • Update, design and launch marketing automation to generate, assign, nurture and report leads

  • Implement email marketing campaigns

  • Use data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies

  • Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies (automation campaigns…)

Job requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology company is a plus

  • High proficiency in the Hubspot suite of tools (and an affinity to learn about new ones)

  • A minimum of 3 years' proven experience in a related role

  • You benefit from an advanced proficiency in Marketing Automation, emailing, and BI/Analytics tools.

  • Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics

  • Skilled at web optimisation, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels

  • Creative, problem-solving, and results and conversion-driven mindset

  • An adaptable, interactive thinker who is constantly learning

  • High desire to complete assignments autonomously, but in close collaboration with your team.

  • Native in Dutch and proficient in English (French and German are a big plus)
