Job description

We're looking for native-speaking Success Managers with a client-first attitude, who will help our customers achieve their goals while using our platform.

As a Customer Success Manager at Convious, your role will impact our customers immensely, so you should be able to fully understand our customer’s needs and pain-points and identify improvement areas for them to increase their productivity and results. Your responsibilities will go from onboarding new customers and setting them up for success, improving current relationships with existing customers, and increasing the value they get from our service. All the decisions you make will be based on the data collected while applying support to our customers.

Job requirements

Role and responsibilities:

  • Build strong, trustworthy relationships with our customers
  • Give the best possible onboarding experience
  • First-line support via e-mail and phone
  • Periodic "health checks" to see if our clients are satisfied
  • Engage with ALL customers and make sure they’re all happy and generating revenue
  • Become a Convious product expert and use this knowledge to guide customers towards their goals and success effectively
  • Onboard new partners
  • Troubleshoot issues with our product
  • Contributing to the automation process we are currently facing
  • Work closely with the sales team, identifying and highlighting commercial opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Account Management and/or Customer Success management for two years
  • A passion for helping people in a software-oriented environment
  • Native French/German/Dutch/UK speaker and fluent in English (both verbal and written)
  • Highly-driven, you own your stuff and are not afraid to take on responsibility
  • You are proactive, organized, team player, hands-on, and you’ve got outstanding communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
