Recruiter

We are growing fast and looking for a Recruiter to help us grow even faster. We are a group of fun, smart and flexible people working in the leisure industry and building innovative tech product. You would be a part of our growing People Team and would work with people from different teams.

In this role you will:

• Build and execute recruitment strategy in the dynamic environment

• Own full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating the contracts

• Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Build and maintain network of potential candidates

• Participate in various ad-hoc initiatives connected to talent acquisition

Skills and qualifications:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills

• In-house or agency recruitment experience

• Open mindedness and ability to cultivate a culture of diversity and inclusion

• Eagerness to try and learn new things

• Excellent English skills
