Convious is looking for (native) Technical Support Specialists for the DACH market to join our team in the Amsterdam office! One of the crucial points for our growth is the quality of service we provide to our customers and the extra mile we go. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will make sure that our operations run smoothly by providing second-line support for our existing customers. This includes the configuration of new customers to the Convious platform. You will work closely together with our Customer Success Managers by taking care of our most valuable assets, our customers but also with our Developers and our Customer Service Agents.

Job requirements

Role and responsibilities:

  • Provide second-line support to our customers
  • Troubleshoot issues with our product configurations and integrations
  • Configure new partners during the onboarding process
  • Configure entrance hardware such as POS terminals and smart gates
  • Contributing to the automation process we are currently facing

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and German (preferably native)
  • You have some experience in technical support or onboarding environment roles
  • You have an eye for detail and are a perfectionist when it comes to planning and operations “mañana, mañana” does not belong in your dictionary, therefore you are a creative problem solver
  • Highly-driven, you own your own stuff and are not afraid to take on responsibility
  • You are proactive, organized, team player, hands-on, and you’ve got outstanding communication skills
  • Experience with configuration and troubleshooting of ticketing hardware (turnstiles, POS, pin terminals, ticket printers) is pre
  • You have a flexible personality and don't have a 9 to 5 mentality. Shifts can take place during weekends (sporadically).
