As a Technical Consultant SaaS, you will make sure that our new and existing customers get tailor-made advice and guidance about our All-in-one platform SaaS platform.

As a Technical Consultant SaaS located at our Dutch office in Amsterdam you will lead large international implementations. The role will give you full ownership of the delivery of the assigned projects. You will plan, execute, monitor, control, and close implementations. Furthermore you will be responsible for giving the right advice to make this implementation and our future cooperation with the customer as successful as possible. 

• You understand customer requirements and business objectives

• You act as an interface between our teams to deliver our products and services

• You Provide strategic advice to achieve goals

• Provide assistance with technical issues 

• Revise existing systems and suggest improvements

• You take full responsibility for the successful delivery of all projects assigned to you by optimizing in-scope, on-time and on-budget delivery

• You demonstrate your multi-disciplinary team leadership skills by effectively utilizing internal and external resources

• You maintain a proactive, can-do attitude when spotting and resolving potential risks

• You confidently manage our partner and other stakeholder relationships
  
  

Your profile

• You have relevant practical experience (min. 5 years) in delivering technical projects and/or IT consultancy

• You can take end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, acting as main contact for any delivery related matters, including escalations, upsells, ramp-downs etc.

• You are excellent in communication, engagement, decision-making, problem-solving, conflict management, negotiation and leadership

• You have the ability to engage with the client in technology discussions

• You have solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking

• You quickly recognize the needs of our partners and proactively contribute to the improvement of our product and processes
  

• You are open, empathic and professional in dealing with people

• You are living in The Netherlands and are able to come to the office in Amsterdam on a regular basis

• You are fluent in English. Other languages such as Dutch, German and/or French are a big plus as you will work with our partners directly in Benelux, DACH and France.
