We are looking for a Pre Sales Consultant with proven experience and a passion for SaaS technology solutions to join our international team.

With your business and technical expertise combined with your product knowledge you will support our European sales team to consult, strategise, plan, design and execute on deals. The ideal candidate is both business and technically savvy, possesses excellent communication & presentation skills, relationship and client facing experience, creative solutioning and negotiation expertise.

In your position, located in the Netherlands, Germany or in the UK, you will play a vital role in translating our partners needs and demands into a suitable product solution including hardware and software. Therefore you need to know our product inside out and understand the challenges of our partners in the leisure industry. You will work directly with our Sales and Product Development team. Your suggested solutions will build the start of a long-lasting, trustworthy relationships with our partners.

Job requirements

Role and responsibilities:

  • Consult and advise potential and existing partners on business and technical strategy for implementing a complete end to end solution from Convious

  • Detailed knowledge of product features, integrations, configuration options and functionalities to drive our partners requirement decisions

  • Support the Sales team with business and technical knowledge and advice, handling technical questions and objections in meetings

  • Support sales team with the development of use cases, statement of work and RFPs

  • Work closely with all involved teams to ensure smooth product delivery and commit long-term success for our business relationship with our partners

  • Traveling to prospects, trade shows and Amsterdam HQ

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Engineer/Architect 
  • Native speaker in your market is a must, so English, Dutch or German native language skills are required 
  • Have a strong background in either SaaS, solution selling, tech or leisure (B2B & B2C)
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software technologies
  • Experience with Agile, CRO, Google Analytics, API's, POS systems, Online Ticketing are all considered pre's
  • Technical implementation experience working with start-up, mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers of all levels & internal cross-functional teams
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
