We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist (UK, DACH, NL) with proven experience and a passion for SaaS technology solutions to join our international team in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. One of the crucial points for our growth is the quality of service we provide to our customers and the extra mile we go. As an Onboarding Specialist , you will make sure that our new partners get onboarded smoothly to our SaaS product.
You will work closely together with our Customer Support and Customer Success Managers by taking care of our most valuable assets, our customers! Also, you will work closely together with our Developers and our Product Manager.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will take the lead in the onboarding process of our partner. You will become an expert in our software solution, support our existing partners on a daily basis, and work hand in hand with your colleagues from Customer Successes. You will need a problem-solving mindset, a "get things done" mentality, and a passion for tech.
You will collaborate with your colleagues from product and development and make sure that our partners benefit from new features. In a nutshell, you will:
Take care of the configuration of new and existing customers in our software.
Participate in POS/ entrance hardware configuration and support
Troubleshoot issues with our product
Provide second-line support to partners
Contribute to the continuous development of our software
Collaborate flexible with different teams and across functions

Skills and Qualifications:
Living in the Netherlands
Fluent in English and/or German (Dutch is a huge plus); ideally native.
You have a High School Diploma or a Bachelor's degree.
You have some experience in onboarding or delivery environment roles.
You have an eye for detail and are a perfectionist when it comes to planning and executing tasks.
You take ownership and are not afraid of responsibility.
You are proactive, organized, a team player and have outstanding communication skills.
Experience with HTML, CSS and basic web development is a big plus.
Experience with configuration and troubleshooting of ticketing software or the leisure industry is a pre.
Experience with ticketing hardware / POS is a big plus.
You have a flexible personality and don't have a 9 to 5 mentality. Shifts can take place during weekends.
