We're looking for our first Head of People to play a crucial part in our further growth and international expansion. Your responsibility is to take the lead on building a world-class working culture, refining and shaping our processes, employee engagement, performance management, and recruitment. You will work closely with senior management to devise a plan and structure to get the very best out of our team members based in Amsterdam and remotely.

We are mainly active in the experience economy, serving attractions like a Zoo, Theme Parks, Wellness Venues, Museums and more. Role and responsibilities:
Set the entire people strategy and manage its execution.
Scaling our team from 60 to 200 employees in the coming years, while safeguarding our culture.
Recruit, but also manage external recruiters.
Create job descriptions, and improve recruitment processes.
Design and roll out personal development initiatives such as training, coaching, and talent reviews.
Responsible for employer branding.
Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Human Resources related leadership roles with a proven track record.
Are a star in stakeholder management and act as a culture ambassador.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and preferably Dutch.
You know how to attract and recruit top talents and how to build and execute a successful recruitment pipeline.
