Convious is growing fast and therefore we're looking for enthusiastic colleagues for the Customer Service team at our office in Amsterdam. One of the crucial points for our growth is the quality of service we provide to our customers and their visitors. You will be working in a young team and a high degree of independence is expected of you.

About us:

Convious is a leading software company that connects the experience economy with their visitors. Our platform engages, converts and sells to more consumers by enhancing the customer journey and experience. We are mainly active in the experience economy, serving attractions like a Zoo, Theme Parks, Wellness Venues, Museums and more. Job requirements

Role and responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to our customers
  • Provide first-line support to visitors from our customers (say theme park, zoo, or indoor ski hall visitors) 
  • Provide support via e-mail, phone, or chat
  • Troubleshoot issues, report bugs to the 2nd line support team

Skills and Qualifications:

  • You are fluent (native) in at least 2 of the following languages: English, German, Dutch or French (must)
  • You have 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role
  • You have experience with customer Service tools/software
  • You are service-oriented and have a problem-solving mindset
  • You are highly driven, you own your own stuff and are not afraid to take on responsibility
  • You are a proactive, organized, stress-resistant and a team player
  • You’ve got outstanding communication skills
  • You have a flexible personality and don't have a 9 to 5 mentality. Shifts can take place during evenings or weekends.
