Product Owner

We are growing fast and we are looking for a Product Owner to join our international Product Development team. As our Product Owner, your role will be to manage the day-to-day work of developers and product backlog while understanding internal and external requirements. We are looking for a good communicator with a positive can-do attitude.

In this role you will:

• Contribute to the product vision and roadmap together with the Product Management team

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog

• Lead multifunctional development team

• Facilitate and guide Agile practices (grooming sessions, standups, retrospective)

• Work closely with Product management team to prepare feature requests for development

• Work closely with development team to make sure priorities, tasks and other daily work is clear for them and results are delivered

• Understand internal and external product requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in software development; experience in SaaS would be a huge advantage.

• Team leadership experience would be a huge advantage

• Experience in managing product backlog

• Sense of ownership and responsibility

• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and empathy

• Ability to prioritize product needs

• Excellent time management skills

• Capability to build network and maintain relationship with Stakeholders
