We are growing fast and looking for a new colleague to join our development team, made up of geeky, diverse, fun, and data-driven colleagues.


We like to work with smart people. Convious engineering team is small and flexible, and each new team member will shape how our team works. It is fine if you do not have experience with the specific technologies we use, as long as you are willing to learn.

Our product is a leading A.I. Driven SaaS platform that continuously improves the customer journey for the leisure industry. We're creating the first fully personalized buying and pricing experience. Driven by our proprietary A.I. our customers have achieved triple-digit improvements in conversion metrics and revenue worldwide.


As our quality assurance you'll be adding unique experience to our customers and helping our growing Tech team achieve best results.


Job requirements

Role and responsibilities:

  • Help us define, refine and apply the QA process

  • Be involved into manual, automated and stress testing

  • Take an active part in influencing the design, UX & product requirements from a QA perspective

  • Think and act as our users for both B2B and B2C product parts

  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies


You:

  • Have willingness to take responsibility and do impact to our processes

  • Like working autonomously

  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer

  • Experience with backend testing

  • Have sharp eye for details and experience with cross-browser UI testing

  • Have engineering mindset, basic programming & database skills and ability to read code

  • Are able to think big and help innovate in a fast-paced environment

  • Have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English

  • Value attention to detail, have organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Are familiar with Bug tracking and version control systems (we use Github and Asana)

  • Pick up new technologies when appropriate for the task at hand
